The short and humane version.

Using 64bit.site means you agree to a handful of reasonable things. Here they are, in order of how often they come up.

You run your code, we run the runtime

You're responsible for what your project does — its code, its behavior, its content. We're responsible for keeping the runtime up, the mesh healthy, and the billing accurate.

Fair use

Don't use 64bit.site to attack other systems, host phishing, exfiltrate data you don't own, or run anything designed to evade legal process. If we spot something like that, we'll email you once and, if you don't respond inside 24h, suspend the project.

Billing

  • Free tier: 1,000,000 requests/month, 1 GB KV. No card required.
  • Paid: metered per request, rounded down to the nearest microsecond of CPU.
  • Invoices go out on the 1st of each month. Cards are charged the 5th.
  • If you go over the free tier without a card on file, we throttle — we don't surprise you with a bill.

Uptime and credits

We target 99.95% monthly uptime for paid projects. If we miss it, you get credits automatically — see the table at status.64bit.site. No forms, no arguments.

Ownership

Your code is yours. Your data is yours. Our runtime and CLI are licensed to you under a standard subscription — you don't own those, but you can use them for anything legal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the console, in one click. On cancellation we stop billing immediately, keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it for good.

Limits of liability

We'll do our best to keep your projects online and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the sun will rise tomorrow. Our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months. We know, that's the boring part.

Changes

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice for any material change. Your continued use after that window counts as acceptance. A record of every revision lives in the Changelog.
